By accessing, creating an account for, or using the services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and any policies incorporated by reference. If you use the services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the services.

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the services. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the services only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian. You may not use the services if applicable law prohibits you from doing so.

You are responsible for providing accurate account information and keeping it current. You must protect your login credentials, prevent unauthorized access, and promptly notify us if you suspect that your account has been compromised. Activities performed through your account will be treated as authorized by you unless applicable law requires otherwise.

You may not use the services to violate laws, infringe rights, distribute harmful material, interfere with systems, gain unauthorized access, or facilitate fraud or abuse. You must not reverse engineer, overload, scrape, or circumvent security or usage restrictions except where applicable law expressly permits it. We may investigate suspected violations and take appropriate action.

The services, including their software, design, branding, documentation, and original content, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. These terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the services as intended. No ownership rights are transferred to you.

You retain ownership of content you submit to the services. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, copy, process, transmit, and display that content only as necessary to provide, secure, and improve the services. You represent that you have the rights and permissions required to submit the content and grant this license.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if you materially violate these terms, create security or legal risk, fail to pay applicable fees, or misuse the services. Where appropriate, we may provide notice and an opportunity to remedy the issue. Upon termination, provisions that by their nature should survive will remain effective.

The services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the services will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that all content will be accurate. Any warranties that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to the services. This includes loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities. Limitations do not apply where liability cannot legally be excluded or limited.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us and our affiliates, officers, employees, and agents harmless from claims arising from your content, misuse of the services, or violation of these terms. We will provide reasonable notice of covered claims. You may not settle a claim in a way that imposes obligations on us without our consent.

We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features to maintain security, improve performance, respond to legal requirements, or evolve the services. We will make reasonable efforts to provide notice when a material change significantly affects your use. We are not obligated to maintain any particular feature indefinitely unless separately agreed in writing.

We may update these Terms and Conditions to reflect changes in the services, business practices, or applicable law. If a revision is material, we will provide reasonable notice before it takes effect when required. Your continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised terms; otherwise, you should stop using the services.

These terms are governed by the laws identified for the entity providing the services, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Before starting formal proceedings, the parties should attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally. Any mandatory rights or dispute procedures provided by applicable consumer law remain unaffected.

If any provision of these terms is held invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted or modified as necessary to make it enforceable. The remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. A failure to enforce any provision does not waive the right to enforce it later.
